Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund unless your book is faulty/damaged on receipt.

For audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given. There is a sample available for each book so that you can try before you buy. If there is an error with the audiobook please let us know and we will be happy to replace it for you.

Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 72 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

For all other refunds, please email elaine@mcforiink within 30 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return. If item is damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will refund or resend your goods – your choice. We want you to be happy!
