Shipping policy

Books are printed and shipped through Bookvault.app. You can track the shipping with the link in your order.

If you've purchased a signed copy of one of my books, it will be shipped by Wonderwife and I using Royal Mail. If you have selected tracked delivery will send you a tracking link within 72 hours of your order. Normal shipping will be 3-5 business days (UK) and 7-10 days for overseas. We will let

Audiobooks are delivered by Bookfunnel. You'll receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download your book. All you need to do is follow the step-by-step instructions and you'll be able to listen to the book either in their app, or on another device. If you've read the eBook of How to Send A Message you'll be familiar with Bookfunnel.
