Books
How long will it take for my book to be delivered?
It depends where you live, and which shipping option you choose at checkout. Unfortunately, it won't be 'next day shipping' though!
We use an independent printer called BookVault and they are based in the UK. They print the book when you order it and then post it out to you. They use Royal Mail and Fedex to ship books. If you’re based in the UK, it generally takes 5-7 working days and if you live elsewhere it takes 14-28 working days (again, that depends on which shipping option you selected). That said, they are looking at options to print in the US, Australia and in other countries, in 2023 so hopefully you’ll be able to receive them a little quicker.
You will be able to view Tracking information through the link on the email you get after purchase.
How long will it take for my signed book to be delivered?
Signed books are shipped by us. We will process and post your order within five working days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you're based in the UK your order should arrive within a few days of posting.
If you live overseas, the free shipping option is via Royal Mail Untracked. On average this takes around three weeks to arrive but Royal Mail advise that it can take up to 80 business days, so please allow plenty of time.
Audiobooks
How do I listen to my audiobook?
You can listen to your audiobook in the BookFunnel app, it can be streamed through the BookFunnel cloud player or you can listen to it in your browser.
How will my audiobooks be delivered?
Your audiobooks are delivered immediately by BookFunnel. When purchasing an audiobook please enter an email address when checking out.
You will then receive an email with instructions on how to download your audiobooks. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, please look for it in your spam folder.
The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.
You can also find your audiobooks in your Bookfunnel library at https://my.bookfunnel.com/.
Please note: If you enter a mobile/cell number your audiobook will not be delivered.

Trilogies
You don’t seem to understand how trilogies work, so what order should I read the books?
You’re right. Despite being from a family with quite a few accountants/financial types, counting in threes is not one of my strong points.
There’s no right or wrong order to read the books in the Increasingly Inaccurately Titled Dublin Trilogy and McGarry Stateside Series, but if you like order you can find out about how I suggest you read them, here.
