  • Narrated by Morgan C Jones
  • A Bunny McGarry Novella (Dublin Trilogy)
  • Length 2 hours and 36 mins

It’s Christmas Eve and DS Bunny McGarry is in the mood to celebrate – he’s back on active duty having successfully proven that throwing a senior officer off a building was an appropriate step to take in the course of an investigation. However, his festivities are interrupted when someone attempts to assassinate him while he’s trying to take a leak – is nothing sacred?

The thing is, the assassin isn’t all he initially appears, and Bunny soon finds himself in a race against time to trace a kidnapped child before the people who ordered the hit realise that he is considerably less dead than they had hoped.

Bunny is making a list but he’s only checking it once because time is of the essence and some people need a refresher in the meaning of Christmas.

No time off

As always, great story telling from Caimh. The Dublin Trilogy takes no time off for the holidays.

Is this REALLY the voice of Bunny.....the large, hard-drinking, lovable gobshite?????

This was spoilt for me only because the voice of Bunny was nothing like I imagined it to be. How can a large Irish fella have such a squeaky voice, the kind you associate more with a skinny wee old fella? Really disappointed me 😠 there fella!
However, all the other character portraits were very good and fitted the pictures in my imagination. Listening to the story being read brought everything to life and I listened to the whole book in one session.
Keep 'em coming Caimh, love your writing and always brings out the smiling in me 😄👍👏👏👏👏

Bunny McGarry on top form

Bunny McGarry on top form. Perfectly narrated as ever. Apologies to the woman who looked a bit alarmed when I snorted with laughter in the street for no apparent reason.

Love this story and love the narrator!

Love this story and love the narrator! The story is hilarious and the narrator brings the characters to life. I can’t wait to listen to the next Stranger Times and MCM Investigations audiobooks

Well read

I really enjoyed it, great story, nice bit of comedy dropped in there and the narrator was just icing on the cake. He really brought the characters to life.
